2000 F250 5.4 need some leads

Ok so the F250 had a “misfire” like feeling. Smoke tested it and found 4 vacuum leaks. EGR gasket, 2 vacuum lines, and iac hose. I replaced all parts needed with oem vacuum lines. Hose clamped the IAC. Replaced the egr gasket. I scrubbed the throttle body spotless.
I figured I would go ahead and replace the intake gaskets while the truck was down so did that today. While putting parts back on inspected all the hoses, clamps, gaskets etc. broke them all down and sealed everything up.
No the truck has an even worse idol problem and in gear under load dies.
Went thru everything again and haven’t found anything leaking. Checked everything I can think of. No codes no check engine lights nothing. I plugged in the computer and fuel trims are pretty good. Originally the short trims were in the - now everything is in the positives.
At a loss on what to check. TPS is good. Injectors are good. Iac is good. Vacuum lines new. Intake gasket new. Plugs newer. 3 new coil packs.... any help appreciated

I'm sure you'll get more valid answers than this one ... and you may already have looked into this... How about the Mass Air Flow sensor? I was having the same type issue in a different vehicle. No codes. Ran like hammered fecal matter... replaced the MAF sensor with a junkyard replacement just to validate and it cleared right up. There are also MAF Sensor cleaners. However, if the MAF Sensor is bad and giving the engine the wrong information ... a MAF Sensor cleaning is just going to send bad information while it's clean... I believe another test is to unplug the MAF sensor and see if the problem goes away. Disclaimer: I am not an expert... ymmv. Best of luck!

Thought the same thing so did hit the scrapyard and got 2 just in case.....
in fact one was crap but the other works. If not mistaken it is pulling 1.2 pounds at idol. I could be mistaken. But did clean as well.
I also just replaced the pcv elbow on the back of the intake even though mine had no visible damage figured I’ve come this far what’s another 20 bucks lol.
Going to pull all the coil packs and check plugs this week.
I am hoping that maybe coolant got in while doing the intake gasket and I over looked it.... hopefully they’re swimming in coolant and my fix is simple...
