Well ffs.
I'll say nice things about the PO. At least I have nice new grounds.. cleaned up wiring etc. So there's that.
But who knew if you switched the signal wire with the negative wire that a standard bulb would still work?! I didn't. Bleh.
FIXED. My fault.. should have frigg'n checked. Thanks dudes.
Now onto AL rad / TB E fan install!
I guess so. Has for the past few years I've owned her. The chinesium socket colors, would have confused me too but still.
Idk man, But I looked at the left one and then the messed up right one and sure enough.. those 2 were switched.
Ended buying the 50W 8000LM SEOUL-CSP.
But these lenses.. eh.. think I'll sell. They are glass and all, just probably want something that looks factory.
How did you like the gauge cluster led's? These are the only lights I'm thinking of replacing at the moment as I just put in new sockets and OE bulbs all the way around. Those OE gauge cluster bulbs suck though.

makes a world of difference. Just be sure to remove the blue diffusers inside the cluster.
That looks great! How many bulbs did you end up using? I won’t need the auto trans indicator bulb. Do they dim ok? Flicker?
I got them from Siperbright LEDs after seeing other people here using them. The one they sent me seem to work no matter the polarity which was nice. They do dim, but they don’t dim as nicely as incandescent bulbs, although I’ve seldom seen replacement LEDS that do.
Just two are needed for the instrument cluster.
I changed them all. 2 for cluster, 2 for signals, 1 high beam, 2 for the message lights (brakes-fasten seat belt).
and I added or changed to LEDs for the headlight/wiper indicator, radio, climate, ashtray, cigarette lighter, glovebox, dome light etc. Going full LED across the board interior wise really gives the truck an identity since you can match colours.
You will get the best results by removing the two light diffusers inside the cluster.
Dang man nice.
I liked mine just fine. I didn't an many as this dude ^ but just replaced the main dash ones.
Love that digital read-out man. I'm going to do something like that soon. I have an idea to stealth it. Next time I can schedule my dash to-do list and do it.
Everything was working great for a couple months. Now my right sig indicator isn't working. Then it worked again another day.
Now it's not. Luckily it's the only one I can reach up from below and mess with, without taking off the dash.
Of course I removed it, swapped bulbs, standard bulb, reversed many times +/-. Even reached up and tried to clean the contact up there.
Bleh. so idk. I'll figure it out. Maybe that little black socket itself.
But overall.. yes... they are good.
