ABS Code 3

ABS Code 3
Recently replaced the brakes on all 4 corners, master cylinder, just figured out how to retrieve the abs codes. pops a code 3. has spongy brakes good pedal at first but then pedal goes to the floor. Need some guidance.

I have a 1994 F250 7.3 IDI/Turbo Charged. Use the link below for the instructions. The orange and black wire with the connector can be a little hard to find. It can be under the dash behind the brake pedal, in the engine compartment near the OBD connector or behind the glove box. Which is where mine was located.
