Hi guys, I bought a BDS 2" level with fox shocks back in Nov and I have a clicking noise from the rear shocks. I believe I have the 16 and older bushing and sleeves in the rear shocks. I did a search and got the part numbers for the 17 and newer parts. 21328007B and 01411002A. But when I look for the sleeve all I find is 21328001B.
Did the number switch? Or did 2138007B get discountued?
Thanks for any help with this.

I had 213-28-007-B for the sleeves I used and 014-11-002-A for the bushings. That said, I dont think your 2016 sleeves would have fit over the 2017 mounting stud on the tops in the rear. Maybe yours already had the right bushings and sleeves installed?

OK, so am I doing this wrong? I put the bushing and the sleeve on the bottom for the thru bolt and just the bushing for the top with the stud.

It has been a while since I installed my shocks but I believe you only replace the bushing and sleeve on one end of the rear shocks. The other end fits without any modifications, so you should leave bushing and sleeve as is on one end

the shocks come without the bushings and sleeves installed so that's no help
Ok so based on what you've said you have the right sleeve and bushing for the rear lowers. Do you have a sleeve that fits over the rear top mount location that came included with the shocks?
If so, install it.
if not, call up the place you got your shocks from and get one or call poly performance and ask them which one is appropriate if the other place is no help. They can help you with the part numbers too.
you're right i just found my photos from my install. OP, where are you thinking you used 2016 parts on, then?
Ok so when I bought my BDS Fox shocks for the rear of my 2017 F350 there was a lot of talk on this forum about BDS sending rear shocks with the wrong lower sleeve and bushing(2016 having a different size). I installed the rear shocks and had a clicking noise coming from the rear. So my best guess is I have the wrong size sleeve for the 2017 bolt size. So what I am asking is what is the correct part number for the bushing and sleeve for a 2017 f350 rear lower shock.
I called stage 3 motorsports about this and they referred me to BDS. Guy was an a**hole, so I would just rather buy what I need.Makes me not want to deal with either company again.

I would call poly performance to confirm, thats where I and alot of people got their bushing and sleeves from. Mine were not BDS Fox shocks, just normal fox, so maybe thats there the difference comes in with mine already having bushings and sleeves installed vs yours not installed. If your rear shocks fit over the lower bolt then you likely already have the correct sleeve in place as I had to swap mine in order to make the stock bolt fit into the shock sleeve. My gut tells me you already have the right parts and your clicking is something else but the guys at PP will confirm the numbers for you.
