Fuel issues?

I have a 94 f250 with duel tanks. When using the rear tank it started to kind if spit and sputter like it was dying or running out of gas. At first if i switched to the front tank it would work fine. Then i was driving and it did the same thing with the front tank and then died. It then would not start back up. We checked fuses and then decided to switch the fuel relays. It then started right up with the front tank and was fine for about a week. We figured fuel pump for the rear tank and relay for the front. I replaced both relays now and it will run but is doing the same thing. Also it is louder than normal now too. Any ideas?

You only have one fuel relay.
The other one is the PCM Power relay.
Could be a bad rear fuel pump and a bad selector switch for the front or just two bad fuel pumps.
