Gentlemen, Friday i went to start my 2012,6.7 and it would only crank over, this happenend a couple weeks ago but the second time it fired. But Friday it would till the 3 time, even then it spit and sputtered. i managed to get 2 miles, lost all acceleration except in reverse. shut the truck off and let it set for a couple minutes. try to start it, fired right up with no problem. drove 20 miles and everything seemed good. friend plugged it in and the truck threw P06A6 sensor ref voltage 'A' circuit failure type 00 status A8 , P20B9 Reductive heater A control circuit/open failure type 00 status EC, P0193 fuel rail pressure sensor circuit /open high bank 1 failure type 00 status A8, P0336 Crankshaft position sensor "A" circuit failure type 00 status 28, P2138 Throttle/pedal position sensor/switch "D"/"E" voltage correlation failure type 00 status 28 ( i assumed this code came in when i tried to accelerate a couple times with no prevail). and last one was P2455 Particulate filter pressure sensor "A" circuit high failure type 00 status A8. any help would be appreciated. i don't have any add ons, Thanks Jeff.
Is the truck deleted? If so check your unused electrical plugs from the old sensors, specifically the ones with three wires. Look for water. I didn’t check the list, but several of those faults you listed are 3 wire networked sensors. Water will bring the network down and show false issues.
I agree with Superdave. Even if truck is not deleted the most likely cause of your concern is around the dpf pressure sensor. The p20b9 is most likely due to high resistance in the def sender/heater assembly and should be covered by Ford under the 18M01 extended coverage.
