On the bar above where you type your reply click on the square that has what looks like mountains on it. Hovering over it before you click will bing up a box that says "Image". It should be pretty straight forward after that point. If I've overestimated your abilities, please let me know and I'll guide you further.

Not OEM. It seems sturdy enough, won’t hold up like steel of course. The boards are easy to change so damage control is convienent. My gas filler is modified so when gas is spilled on the boards they rot very quickly. Other than that is performs well enough.
