The problem you’re going to run into is that you’re looking for a “kit” that doesn’t really exist. You’re going to have to decide which way you want to go, then order parts that will work with that plan. It’s easy to order leaf springs that get you the ride height you want. It’s also easy to order coil springs that get the height you want. And it’s easy to order coil overs at practically any height you’d ever need.
An example is when I did my solid axle swap, I used 4” Deaver springs for a 79 truck, which actually got me around 7-8” lift over stock height when combined with the coil towers I used.
Gotta ask yourself how you plan to use the truck. Mall crawler? Go with leafs and the appropriate axle. Actual wheeler that’s comfortable to drive? Coils or coil overs and the appropriate axle. Before that’s decided, it’s a waste of time to order anything.
well like i said before its mainly going to be a mudder and trail rig with some lite highway usage so im guessing coil overs i found this site that sells lifted coil overs:King Coilover Shocks - Starting at $365 now i just need to figure out how to mount them onto the axle and body of truck right? and again thanks for all the info guys
edit: and maybe this would help with mounting the coil overs:http://autofab.com/i-12202274-coil-over-bucket.html

Leaf springs make a "Mall Crawler"? I guess because there hasn't been any serious wheeling done with leafs for the last 60 or so yrs? Agree that a PROPERLY done coilover/link set up can be better, but the above statement is just wrong.
And no offense to the OP, but for the novice fabricator, meaning someone on here asking these questions,a leaf spring front suspension would be an easier first project.

Don’t seem to recall saying leafs = mall crawler. But the point remains: if it’s never going to see dirt, leafs are the way to go.
All good, everyone's entitled to their own opinion, even if it's wrong.
lol. You really need to get over yourself. Nothing I said was wrong. I never once said that leafs make bad wheelers or only belong on mall crawlers. I’m sorry you’re getting butthurt over nothing.
No butthurt, just hate to see bad info spread around.
To the OP, you mentioned a body lift. In my OPINION a body lift is more hassle than it's worth. If you're lifting the suspension, get all the height you need that way.

hey guys just got another quick question the truck i was looking at to get most of my parts from i finally got to see it today but it looks in rough shape its a 95 f250 HD ext cab long bed with a 460 motor, he says its rebuild trans i think e40d with the sterling 10.25 rear axle and the dana 50 ttb in the front. he only wants 650 for it but the only thing that worries me is the engine. he says that it was running at one point then just cut out on him. so he replaced the front fuel pump, fuel filter, cleaned off the cap and rotor and some things else and still nothing. is it worth it?
