Please help
I have a 92 f150 5.0 4x4 I replaced the engine and all was well until I fired it up and noticed it was leaking coolant coming from the lower intake manifold. There was a few broken bolts so I tore down the engine and sent the heads to the machine shop to get the bolts out and retap the heads. I have the engine put back together and I had fuel to the rail with 40 Psi. I then tested the injectors they all had power but they were not pulsing. I tested everything I knew of to test and come to find out
the computer was bad so I replaced it. Now even with the new computer in it wouldn't start until I grounded wires 58 and 59 off the connector. Once I grounded those wires to a bolt it started up. It ran like crap but it runs . I think the timing is part of my issue but what is causing the ecm not to be grounded? Please help

I got mine from eBay. There are companies that sell them or sold them. I have seen the names Helm and Bishko, don't know if they can help.
Post your transmission and if you know about your injection, is it SEFI or bank fired? California or 50 state? It might help, might not.
I have a 1995 EVTM. I can post pictures of those diagrams. Google advanced image search might find some diagrams.

The computer controls the firing of the injectors. Since your 1992 is Speed Density that means the computer fires 4 injectors at a time. You stated you installed a new computer, but did/do the numbers match your old one?
Does the Check Engine Light (CEL) illuminate with the key in the Run position?
Here is a diagram for the injectors:
Make sure the smaller ground lead on the battery is securely attached to the passenger side inner fender. That is one of the main computer grounds.

92 f150 5.0 no injector pulse
Yes I had the F2TF ABA computer and the same one went back in. It's just so strange because it was running fine before I noticed the coolant leaking. Now it only runs if you ground wires 58 and 59 and even then i can't run it wide open cause it bogs down I can only crack the throttle half way.

I have the Manuel Transmission and I have the check engine light does not come on when I turn the key on. I took the wiring harness off today and all the wiring harness are good. I have no clue what to do next. All of the injectors are firing at the same time is it possible that I bought a defective ecm?

The eight injectors are fired in two banks of four. Each of the two banks has a ground to the computer. The computer switches the grounds to fire the injectors. If the two grounds are connected to each other it would cause all of the injectors to fire at the same time. Did you check for continuity between the two grounds?

The operation for the injectors is exactly the same. If you have a manual transmission then there is nothing hooked up to those pins.
That is a bad sign. You probably got a bad replacement PCM.
Did you remove the ground you added to Pins 58 & 59?
As stated above, most likely you did.

Engines are easier to diagnose over the internet when all the codes are listed, and in order of test.
KOEO - (O) Self-Test Codes =
KOEO - (C) Continuous Codes =
KOER - (R) Self-Test Codes =
