Computer Unlock Failed (Predator Tuner)

Computer Unlock Failed (Predator Tuner)
Just got my Diablo Predator, tried to install one of the tunes. Gets all the way through the install and I get a Computer Unlock Failed error message.
2002 F250 7.3 (CA), auto trans, 4X4.
Any Ideas about why this is and how to get around it?
