I am turning a 1972 f 250 Sport custom into a daily driver and have slowly been getting it road ready. I have been searching all over for rear brake drums for a standard 2" setup. There are plenty of options for the heavy duty 2.5 drums. Is there a reason that there are not many 2" drums? Any suggestions on where I could find a pair?

So you are saying that a 1969 F250 2WD from serial number F30,001, 1970/75 F250 2WD brake drum will work on my rear? As for it coming with a hub are they attached to the hub? I have already removed the rear drums and the hub. I just assumed that they were seized together.
