1966 F250 2WD could have 12 1/8" x 2" front/rear drum brakes or 12" x 2 1/2" front/rear drum brakes if it's a Camper Special or has a 7,500 lb. GVWR

Ford only sold the front drum with the hub, auto parts stores only sold the front drum. Ford sold the rear hub separate from the drum, auto parts stores only sold the rear drum.

C5TZ-1102-B .. Front Hub & Drum Assy-Use with 12 1/8" x 2" brakes / Obsolete

For what it's worth, when I determined the correct dimensions for my rear drums, I found them at Rockauto for a reasonable price and was happy with the quality.
