Bus engine
These engines used a vacuum governor that set under the carb looking like a big 2 - 2 1/2" tall spacer, again just like in the photo.
They also used a distributor that looked like a standard FE distributor.
The engine has FT exhaust manifolds that only work on FT heads which only work with a FT intake manifold
Yes it's hard to say exactly what the short block is, but everything on top of the short block is FT with the distributor, carb and governor that was only used on the 330 MD FT engine
HD engines used Holley two or four barrel carbs with the distributor controlled vacuum governor that was part of the carburetor, at lease all that I drove or worked on where like that.
I'm going to set with Bill and say it's a 330 MD
As for the fuel pump and filter if you look at the bottom photo in front of the orange Fram oil filter you'll see it has the Carter M6676 fuel pump with built in filter canister, no inline filter was needed on these engines
I have a new Cater M6676 here to go on my 406

$5 ? That all ??????
