Stearing wheel shift

I have a 2012 F350 desiel with150k miles, a 3” read lift and 35” tires. When turning around on a highway median and hitting sum good bumps, the stearing wheel jumpt to about an 11 oclock position while the truck was driving straight. I got out and looked under the truck and could not find anything broken or loose. After hitting a few more bumps on a dirt road the stearing wheel was back in the correct position. Any idea what could be causing this? I am a little apprehensive about driving it. This is my daily driver so i would like to get it back on the road.

I think it is higher up

Pinch bolt on steering shaft connecting to power steering gear. If that is loose the wheel turns but the truck doesn’t.
