KOEO code 41?

KOEO code 41?
Engine stumbled briefly and the check engine light came on on the 89 F150 5.0 I was working on today. Read codes and found a 41 during KOEO. My list only shows this as a KOER code? Only other code was 52 and I'm not particularly worried about that one. Cleared codes and it has not yet reoccurred. 41 refers to a lean O2 condition, but I was rather surprised to see this during KOEO. Any other condition indicated that I may have missed?
