Trans Swap

Hey guys. My buddy and I are contemplating finally swapping in a ZF5 transmission into his F150 (the same one we dropped a 351 in place of the 302 - runs great and is a blast to drive). We've both done a lot of reading up online, my only issue is that everyone simply says "oh yeah it'll bolt right in". But what does this mean?

Basically what I'm asking is what will we need to modify in order to pull this off? Crossmember? Slave cylinder line? Driveshaft length? t-case mounting points? Or is it truly just drop the M5OD and transfer case, bolt up the t-case to the ZF, and hoist it back up into place?

If its not too complicated we will do the swap, but neither of us are fabricators and if it requires driveshaft work I know I don't want to get involved with it.
