I did some digging and couldn't find the answer, so I'm helping you guys can help me out so I don't have to buy an overpriced huge bolt kit for the few I need.
I've rebuilt an FE390 to swap out the current 352 in my '66 f250 and ordered a new set of performance pulleys. Unfortunately, the engine I started with was a pile of parts before the rebuild, so I don't have any of the old bolts to try and match. Anyone know the size, pitch and length of the main, water pump, and alternator pulleys?
Pulley bolts are 3/8"NC Water pump bolts are too. Ditto for the intake bolts. Alternator pivot bolt is 7/16"NC along with the bellhousing bolts. You'll have to figure the lengths for aftermarket stuff. You put anti-seize or thread sealer on the heater hose elbow in the intake ?
