Advise needed! Injectors, torque converter, ect.

Time to work on the truck.
1. My torque converter is giving me problems when towing heavy. It throws a code and won't lockup. Can't remember the code though. So thinking new converter, which one do I choose? What's the best source? Should I replace the pump while I'm in there? Planning on upgrading the pan to a 6.4.

2. I have an injector or two that are sticking when cold. Its not giving me a code. Do I replace them all? It gave me a cylinder last summer but hasn't since, and I forgot what it said as we were on vacation and cleared it. Where do I get replacements? Whats the best option? Thinking of upgrading to larger and doing fuel system upgrades. If i go this route, where is my best source?

3. Gonna replace head gaskets, getting pressure in coolant. must be a pinhole somewhere. Went with the black diamond gaskets when I bulletproofed, been 80K miles. Going with ford this time. What else should I do while in there. Thinking of going external oil cooler and filter while I'm at it. What else?

About the truck. I did a all the bulletproof stuff about 80K miles ago. Sinister diesel full kit. EGR deleted. straight piped. FICM.com hercules tune. SCT tuner. Did all this about 5 years ago and this place was a huge help. Truck has about 191,000 miles currently.

I'd get the engine running right BEFORE I went after the transmission. It's not going to shift right till it is.

It's not a shifting problem. It will probably wait till after the other items are done anyway. But it all has to be done in a month, so need to get everything ordered.

Just go with stock Motorcraft remans unless you are looking for power gains.
Autonation in White Bear Lake, MN or ficmrepair.com are your best bet for pricing.

If you are going for serious power then you might look at Warren Diesel
