2017 Ford Def problems
Recently I got a low Def warning on my 2017 Ford 350 Super Duty Platinum 6.7 L Power Stroke Turbo Diesel. I fill it up, and the warning went away. Now, a week later, it came back on. Tried filling it up, and discovery it was full. It still reads low. What should I do to fix this? Can I reset the Def manually, or do I have to take it to the dealership?

I've had a similar issue for a year with my 2017. On mine, the gauge goes to full after a refill but the countdown to limiting you to 50 MPH doesn't reset for almost the full 500 miles. I had a few scary moments on long tows last summer. Two dealers can't find the issue. Something to note is the 2017's don't use the 11-16 style 3 probe system through the side of the tank. They use the Ram style sonar (for lack of a better term) on the bottom of the tank that pings up through the DEF to get a reading. Dealer # two reset mine recently so I'll see if it happens again this summer. Hopefully not but I'm not holding my breath.
