I noticed that the 1969 Econoline had the same instrument cluster brains as that of some of the F100/F250 trucks from the same generation. I guess I am not surprised. If someone is looking for a the brains of the cluster, this may be an option. I believe that the part number is C8TF-10848. It seems that this type of cluster is better than the plastic printed schematic ones that are mostly available. However, I would like to hear more from experts on the matter.
C8TF-10848-? is the ID engineering number marked on the cluster back. It is not the part number, and the suffix is missing. No part numbers marked on parts after 1956.
10848 is the instrument cluster back (see upper pic), it is not the complete instrument cluster.
1967 F100/350 use one year only instrument cluster backs: C7TZ-10848-C with Oil/Amp warning lamps & C7TZ-10848-D with Oil/Amp GAUGES.
1968/69 F100/350 & 1969 Econoline use the same instrument cluster backs: C8TZ-10848-A with Oil/Amp GAUGES & C8TZ-10848-B with Oil/Amp WARNING LAMPS.
1970 and later is different because F100/350 & Econolines use printed circuit boards.
