Before all the "great lol (insert a heavy dose of sarcasm here) changes" were made to FTE the WTB section use to be be easy to navigate. So if you want to get into the used parts business sign on up. Here is a list of top 100+ re-sellers. Take a wheel barrow to haul back your goods, a 2 front tire one is even better. Also before you conduct any "business", you might want to check out this thread. https://www.ford-trucks.com
That’s quite a list. I’m not looking to be a “parts guy”, just trying to raise my parts karma a bit and hope it helps me find stuff I need later down the road. A lot of the small parts I can get for free or near free so I don’t mind giving them to people for just the cost of shipping.
I found the 360/390 dipstick. Sure enough there are two versions. I’m assuming one for 4wd and one for 2wd. The one I found on a 75 F100 Ranger 4wd was maybe an inch and a half longer than it’s 2wd counterparts.
I got a relay as well, I’ll put it in my 77 and make sure it works. I’ll also try the horn with no relay just to make sure I actually know what the horn relay is. Lol.
I only found type 5 mirrors, type 9, and some west coast juniors on some bumpsides.
I wasn’t able to check any supercabs since I didn’t go to the yard that had them. I didn’t have as much time today. I pulled a few small items for my Bronco and called it a day. I need to line up a source for some power tools and go back yet once again. I found a bumpside with a rear contour bumper and I want the brackets off it and a contour bumper from one of the Broncos there for my F100.

There are FOUR versions for 360/390, TWO for 2WD, TWO additional for 4WD
The 4WD dipsticks and the tubes changed mid-year 1975, TWO were used 1973/74 and 1975 before serial number W00,001, TWO were used 1975 from serial number W00,001 and 1976.
Member in post #3 is aware, because I already gave him the 4WD info.

One and two that is ok, but then your PM in box gets blowed up and you try to be the nice guy and fill all the orders.... Careful you will catch yourself at the JY with a mile long shopping list, digging for boxes/packaging and always trying to make the post office on your lunch break and get to know the mail lady on a 1st name basis. lol
Still a great way to "raise your parts karma". You can also find yourself shopping for parts trucks/Bronco's (I had 3, I now only have 2) on the Craigslist and find it easier to have them setting out by the shop.

Excellent! Figure out your price, and I'll send you the money and my address. Thank you very much!
I cleared out my PM Box, sorry about that. I don't use a smart phone. I borrowed my wife's for the last couple posts, but other than that I try to do my "truck hobby" stuff away from home. I really annoy my wife with it. I get excited about "junk" I find and she thinks I'm crazy.
I finally got my camera to cooperate with me and offload my pics. If I'm to decipher Bill's parts page correctly then this dipstick should be the one you need. Your truck is a 76 and this dipstick is said to be for 75/76 From Serial W00,001. So, we'll call that a score.
