Bad torque converter?

Bad torque converter?
I’m going to start off by saying I know little on the technical side of his transmissions work and all that goes into them. Truck is tuned with a h&s Mini Maxx and 4inch delete pipe. Other than that all stock. these are the symptoms I am having:
When acceleration there seems to be a hesitation in between shifts every once in a while then shift pretty hard into gear. In 6th gear going 65+ I can cruise fine but any gear lower and I let off throttle trucks slows down drastically without touching the brakes. Going slow through neighborhoods and coming to a stop the truck shudders and lunges forward sometimes hard to stop. Just for ****s and giggles I tried to do a burnout and could not get the tires to spin at all just bogged the truck down to 900 rpm and didn’t move, let off brakes truck takes off pretty decent still seemed sluggish to get up to speed. Also truck will barley tow an empty dump trailer. Not sure what to do
