Two PCV Valves?

With 180k miles on the clock and a little bit of oil consumption, I'm looking at replacing the PCV valve. Of course I have the one valve on the passenger side valve cover that is plumbed in behind the throttle body. However, when going over all the tubes, it appears there is a second PCV on the driver side valve cover plumbed in before the throttle body. Are these the same part number?

The only pcv valve is on the passenger valve cover. The one on the driver side is just a vent tube. If you pull the hose off, it will just be an open hole into the cover.
