Colors!

OK I know colours are a totally subjective topic, but this might not be. Which 2018 F150 colour would be the best at not showing dirt.
I'm not lazy (maybe a bit) about washing but we live on a gravel road which often seems more mud then gravel lately so trucks don't stay clean long. Which colour would stay clean looking the longest under these conditions. Thanks

I can tell you Ruby Red shows more dirt than Race Red. I've had both.

Darn I really like the Ruby Red but I was afraid it would be hard to keep clean.

Ingot Silver was my choice.....especially living in the Northwest. A very forgiving color.

Likewise. We have a long dirt driveway, so it's impossible for the truck to be clean very long. The Ingot Silver does very well.

I'd say Shadow Black

Seriously tho, from what I can see Silver seems to be the choice of those who aren't too keen on keeping a vehicle spotless. My buddy has a silver '14 150. Only when mine is fresh from a wash does it look more impressive at any distances less than 15'. Usually his looks like it's cleaner when it's really not.
MY entire adult life, I've owned noting but black cars. You would think that I would learn my lesson...I haven't.
I do really like that Lightning Blue tho. Enough that I am seriously considering it (or a blue like it) when I finally go to a SD in the next few years. It looks like it will only be marginally better than black.

It's worth it when in the sun, the bloody thing just about glows.

I swore "no more grey cars" but I will have to reconsider, I do think the Ingot Silver is a neat colour because it looks a lot like raw Aluminum. I have always thought the Raptor should come with a polished Aluminum body option!

Anyone have a Stone Grey truck, to me it looks brown, about same colour as dirt roads, might be easy to keep clean as well.

Light colors (except white) are always easier to keep clean. I found this out with my Mustang, it is Windveil Blue (light blue) and I've had people make comments on how clean the car looked when I hadn't washed it in over a week.

Magnetic, Ingot Silver, or Lead Foot

Best Color for Hiding Dirt

I am told that white is the best and black is the worst. I myself have Magnetic Metalic and it does well for road dirt but salt spray from ice and snow treatment looks awful. So much so that I bought a subscription to my local full service car wash, all the full service washes I want for $40 a month. When a single full service wash costs $34 plus tip.

My Ranger is white and I think it shows dirt just as bad as black.

Not blue jeans.... I wanted any of the silvers, but also didn't want to have to order a truck just for color so i settled. I mean i really like the metallic blue in the sun, when its clean but that only last a few hours. It does show scratches great too
