You can find Bilsteins all over, even ebay. I got mine through where I work, just replace my original shocks with them, only shock my vehicle calls for, seems no Ford parts available.
I don’t believe Bilstein makes rear shocks for our trucks. You can order shocks for a previous year, but you’ll have to change out bushings for the larger lower bolt in the 17s.
If Bilstein is doing so well that they don't need to bother producing a shock that I don't have to modify to fit my truck, then they certainly don't need my money.
Rancho apparently doesn't have a rear shock to fit either.
Time to research the Fox shocks...
You know, people are looking at ordering MY2019 trucks, you'd think the shock companies would have their model lineup in place by now.

I agree - I don't want to have to modify a product to make it work with my truck. They may be taking a while due to some re-valving for the 2017- + due to different weight and shock placement (even small changes can make a difference on shock performance).
I think I'm going with Fox 2.0 shocks (about $140 each), but may go with the Rancho 9000 due to adjustability. I like some of the remote reservoir shocks, but I don't plan on any heavy duty off road stuff and am really looking for better rebound damping and ride qualities.
If Bilstein made shocks that were made for my truck, I might go with them - I was happy with the Bilstein's on my 2012 KR F-150.
I put the Fox 2.0 on just the front so far, and I really like them a lot. I have the stock ride height on my F350. Fox just released the part number of the shocks for our 2017 trucks for the rear with the correct bushings and spacers. The SKU is 985-24-151
since they just released the part number I have not been able to find them in any store online yet. May take another 3 to 6 weeks before they start to show up for purchase. I'm just waiting until I see them and then I'll put them on to finish up the suspension upgrade.
