Reset,setup button not working 2011 f250

Have 2011 f250 the reset,info and setup button on left hand side of steering wheel stopped working. It kinda worked now and then then stopped. I replaced it with a new one it worked for a day then stopped. Cruise control button works but others don't. I checked fusses all seem good. Not sure what to do local dealer has no clue.is this common?

I have the exact same issue replaced the steering wheel switch and it did absolutely nothing. has anyone been able to fix it? the Oil reset is driving me nuts.

Turned out to be the clock spring. Not that difficult of a replacement, 55 bucks at my local dealership vs the 180 orielys wanted. Rented a steeringwheel puller to do the job and didnt need it. Just a t50 or t55 torx after getting the airbag off.
