I have the JBG 5" Deaver lift with the BDS drop track bar mount. The BDS part is junk and can't hold up to even mild wheeling. The sleeve in the thin steel drop bracket actually crushes like a beer can even after easy trails. This causes the whole thing to get sloppy and I get a lot of movement with steering input on the track bar. Then you tighten, but the supplied bolt quickly becomes too long and bottoms out the threads. Washers is a temporary bandaid for this, but with the 1/8" steel ears to mount the track bar, the whole thing just makes me uncomfortable. I've already trashed two of these things.
Is there a better one out there, or am I stuck making my own? I can't believe a company like BDS would sell something so under built for the application.
