1996 frame issue

1996 frame issue
I have a 1996 Ford F150 swb 2wd with a 4.9L. I have taken the bed off to replace both fuel tanks and have noticed the very last cross member with which the rear fuel tank straps mount to is partially rotted away. I am going to cut away any damage to see if this piece could be repaired by welding in new sections. If not I was wondering if any knows of where I might find a diagram and/or a new piece I could rivet in. I believe this member to listed as #5305, any help would be greatly appreciated.
