Whats the problem?
I have a 97 F250HD with 7.3 powerstroke. It will get very jerky, (almost like a miss) during normal driving then smooth out. I am convinced it is related to fuel. Seems if I replace the filter (filters dont seem that bad) it is fine for a while, then right back to where I was, most prominent during cold days. Also it never gets much above about a quarter on the temp gauge, even on a three or four hour drive across the state. both fuel tanks have been replaced, Also seems more prominent on the rear tank, wondering if the fuel pump could be the culprit. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
