Window motor regulator perhaps ?
2012 F350, Drivers window intermittent , sometimes slow going down, sometimes normal. Sometimes it won't go up ( have to pull it up by hand, then motor will usually start raising it) . Sometimes it raises electrically just fine. I'm thinking the switch is okay .
Does this seem to be a regulator/motor issue ?

Sounds like the motor is bad, or the gear on the end of the motor is torn up. Replacing is not difficult nor expensive. Now if I was in your shoes, I would replace the window regulator while you’re in there, but only if you plan on keeping the truck for a long time.
