Multi-Contour seat

My driver side Multi-Contour seat control button stopped working. The passenger side button still works. I can still adjust lumbar and start massage via the touch screen, just not with the button.

Anybody else have this problem? I am thinking it’s a loose connection under the seat. I figured I would ask the experts before I start screwing around with it.

Do any of the contour buttons work? What about the other seat adjustments?

None of the Multi-Contour buttons (up, down, fore, aft or center) work.

All of the power seat buttons, that adjustment seat position (forward, back, raise, lower & recline) work just fine.

2019 F350’s driver seat no massage - no heat. No ac. No lumbar

Just picked up a 2019 platinum. And the drivers seat lumbar. Massage. Heat and ac. Do not work. Any ideas ?

mine slso quit, supposing is is a wire harness, find out Wednesday

Mine acted up once and I just unplugged the harness and reconnected. No signs of damage.
