Electrical issues, frame ground?

hello, I’m new to this forum. I have a 04 6.0 f350 CC LB. recently replaced the rear crossmembers on the frame. Peeled back the wiring harness off the frame and we had to weld a nut to the rotted ground bolt for the frame ground off the harness. ( expert welder helped in the welding department) ever since then, I lost my entire cluster except the abs and check gauges light. No pwr windows, no radio, no dome. Swapped out for a known good cluster, and I got back my radio, windows and most of cluster. No tach, speed or temp gauges. Also no dome until I take the key out of ignition. I’ve searched high and low for a wiring schematic of the frame harness to see what that ground feeds. I’ve tried grounding to several different locations figuring I didn’t get a good ground, now I’m getting the impression we fried something from welding to the ground. Looking for some insight or at least a wiring diagram for the frame harness. Thanks guys!

I hope you removed the ground cable from the battery, before welding.
