Interior trim & back window removal

Do you all remove the trim to remove/replace the rear window gasket? Wanting to swap sliding back glass from my parts truck.

Guess i will start with the parts truck, that way if i mess anything up i will learn from it.

It makes it much easier to get it in/out with the trim in the way but I have gotten by with just removing the top & bottom trims and leaving the cab corner moldings in place.

Remove the top and bottom trim peices, As said already.
Then get in put both feet on the window and your back against the dash and push, it don't take much to push the glass out.

Thanks fellas.I have swapped a few back glasses, but never one in this body style.I will remove the top & bottom parts, hopefully i will not have to remove the corner pieces
A week of rain is predicted, but maybe by the weekend..
