built turbo
I am having my mechanic build me a turbo.. will be stage 2.. rather than buying like a powermax or kc.. guess my question is has anyone else had a turbo built instead of buying the top brands

What engine do you have? What are your goals? What is the problem with the current turbo? I assume stock? What do you plan to change on the turbo? Please tell us more about your truck and how you use it.

Okay so i have a 2006 f250 6.0L.. It has 188000 miles on it.. I bought the truck a few months ago from "friends" and what do you know blow head gaskets, oil cooler, ipr went.. and it had been wrecked i found out after they told me nothing had ever happened to it.. but thats another story haha
The egr was deleted and had a clean up around 2012 and i just had it studded and engine resealed. Its 4in straight pipe and i put the blue spring mod in it. Yes it is the stock and There isn't anything wrong with my turbo now. I just want to upgrade it. I will be getting 64 minor 88 major gt40 wheel turbine. He is going to build it for me. I use it for daily driver and i sale corral panels for my side job so i'll be towing little bit with it.. Not to much weight and not many miles when towing.
