1994 F150 Inline 6 Issues

Guys, I am having an issue with my 1994 f150 custion Inline-6 truck please click link to watch video and tell me wht you think it is? I think it is either exaust manifold gasket or heead gasket but can't tell. your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Six seconds ain't much to go on but it sounds like an exhaust leak to me.
