Power steering issue

I have a loud squealing after i start the truck up and turn the wheels. I've replaced everything from tie rod to tie rod including pump, hoses, and steering gear. I have a 4" lift and run 35x12.50 tires. I already probably know the answer(tires and lift) but looking for some help anyway.

Just fluid I got from Napa when I changed the steering gear. Don’t remember if it was ford specific or not.

I did not see a new quality v-belt in your list for the pump.

Check the tension of the belt. If it has been slipping a lot, it's probably ruined. If the pulleys have room, you might want to try a wider belt. For instance, if it takes a 13 series belt, try a 15 series belt. The 13 is 13mm wide, the 15 is 15mm wide.

I had the same issues, same setup, a 7.3 diesel with 35's and a 4 inch lift. I put a breaker bar in the square hole in the pump pbracket and tightened the belt really good, and it doesn't do it anymore.

That may be half your issue. These systems are built for Transmission Type F fluid. I cant count the number PS issues I have seen resolved simple by using the right fluid. Squealing pumps, intermittent assist, low assist (hard steering) v belt slippage etc etc all resolved by switching using Type F fluid. Drain the system flush with Type F and refill with Type F.Then test it.
Until that is done any diagnostic will be useless.
