What is everyone using for a cargo management system? Anyone have something creative to help cargo from sliding around the bed?

I had a Roll N Lock cargo manager in my last truck and really like it, but this time around I'm not doing a Roll N Lock cover. It looked like this:



I'm looking for a divider that can move back and forth, or be completely removed depending on cargo needs.

I just use the ratcheting cargo bars.. cheap and easy..

 

Thanks - I've used those a ton in the past & it may be the best option. Was hoping for something a little bigger!
