It looks like possibly the wall studs have broke from the frame causing side flex in the corner.

I think they will have to peel the outer skin off to see what it wrong with it.
Then they are going to have to address the inside wall. I would have them check the carpet and flooring

Well that is good, but looking down at the carpet I think it is suspect. Maybe just the lighting in the pics?

Yes flash didn’t turn on so probably a shadow which it looks like. I was after the wall movement. This was the pics I sent to dealer.

Got call from dealer. Many screws sheared off was the problem. Must have been the nice smooth roads.. not covered by extended warranty

Damn, if they need grade 8 bolts then it looks like it should be a warranty problem if the bolts they put in do not hold up. But, that's just me...

If we head south. We I’ll go I75 the whole way even though it is longer route for us. We had the rough roads coming back via I 24 and I 65 and 69

If they won't cover under warranty, did you try your ins. carrier. Long shot but maybe?

You think your damage might have been caused by that rough section of I-65 at Birmingham? If so, there is a way to avoid that, only adds about 20 minutes to the driving time
