Put two screws back in on opposite side get two pliers and jiggle side to side... it may take a minute but it should work to have to work each side evenly

Not sure if the setup lends itself to use the bolt trick used with jeeps. I found these pics when I was struggling to get them off my jeep. Alternate turning the wheel side to side. Sometimes it will inch out, but mine just popped right out.

welcome to the northeast.
consider yourself lucky the locking hubs even came out for you.
I had to bash mine to little bitty bits to get them out.

for your wheel hubs, stop screwing around and just buy on these these buggers:
https://www.harborfreight.com/12-ton...ler-66657.html

put the jaws on the wheel hub and the ram point right on the axle shaft.
it'll move.

if you're truck is already putting up that much fuss, you're gonna need that puller again, anyway. might as well buy it now.

Heat it up for about 1 minute oer
hole while spraying wd40 or pb blaster on the holes... the heat will draw the spray in so the hotter they get the deeper it pulls.. and after they’re all done go for another 20 seconds on each hole..then pound it on all four bolts.. they have to be heated evenly so each whole has wiggle room...get those things hot with a blow torch the kind that has a screw on canister...

Hit it with a sledge hammer, if I don't have a torch that is generally what I have to do to get dodge wheel hubs off, they are pressed in tighter than the Ford ones are and sometimes are nearly impossible to get apart, I have spent 2 hours on one before. It looks like you got it started so you can keep chisling around the edges untill it pops out.
