You'll have to provide more detailed info, for one thing not to sound insulting, with only one (1) post we don't know your experience level. I mean, doubt you're driving around with the parking brake on, but ... ya never know...
Make sure - for example - carburetor linkage isn't binding or misadjusted. With engine OFF have an assistant floor the pedal, look to make sure the carburetor butterflies move freely and are perfectly vertical, no more no less.
