Dumb question: there's a rubber piece that came with my Speedway motors brake booster (on the bench in the video screen grab) -- is that actually installed and used or is it just for shipping??

Sorry no one has responded to this one. I'll post this so it gets bumped back to the top. I don't have familiarity with that particular booster. If no one chimes in here it would be best to call Speedway directly. Or find the manufacturer and give them a ring. Speedway is very helpful and may be able to supply what you need.
