Not specifically for the Aerostar, but ifyou look at Energy Suspension's catalog, you can find some of their OTS parts might work. I've replaced the end link and frame bushings for the front sway bar with Energy parts by measuring the originals. But the real bushings, like for the front or rear upper and lower control arms, will require you to take measurements and try to find equivalent designs. If you can't find a suitable design, you may have to fab something.

Start with the front swaybar bushings first. Makes very noticeable difference.
RockAuto used to carry a number of poly replacements for the Aero.
ACDelco Premiums is a quality brand.

Moog used to make poly SB bushings for the Aero, NLA. Don't list the material used now on their site.

I can't remember how long ago I installed the Energy urethane end link bushings on my van, but they're starting to crack. I remember getting the shortest links they had. I can't remember what size the frame bushings were, but they were huge.
