I am having problems/issues trying to figure out why my Fog Light Electrical is not working and I have found several so-called solutions but for the life of me I cannot find the Fuse #43 or 2-43 all the links are saying is the fuse to replace! I have also printed the so-called 2001 Ford Excursion diagram showing fuse #43 but my Excursion does not have!
The Excursion has the Factory Fog Light Plugs but there were no Fog Lights installed when I bought the Excursion Limited 5 Months ago! I have tested the plugs with the Pig Tails and get no power to them so I am assuming the Fuse is Blown or hoping it is :-)
Thank you everyone for your continued help and support of my Project Excursion that will one day will be remodeled :-)
Please see pics of my fuse boxes covers and Plugs as I did not get a factory manual when I purchased this Excursion!
Fuse Box Inside Cab under Drivers Side Dash
Fuse Box Under Hood Drivers Side Back next to Fire Wall
Light Switch with Fog Lights Pulled Out and Indicator lite as you can see
Original Fog Lights Factory Plug with Pig Tail I connected
Red, White and Blue Cable Covered Pig Tail Wires go to Factory Plug as there are two one for each Original Factory Fog Light
Thank you so much 01_Excursion and everyone else you were right on as the fuse was blown and I still do not have power to my pigtails so once the weather warms up here in the San Bernadino Mountains as we still have a few inches of snow on the ground I will search the wiring to see what is going on!
Again thank you so much for the very quick response and help :-)
Thanks jasoncu 15 is fine but 13 a 20 amp above it was blown also I found out! Is 12 a Relay or Fuse as I checked the fuse and it was blown and I replaced! If it is a Relay that is different and I will have to check it out and replace!

Thanks again for everyone trying to help :-)
According to the owner's manual, it is a relay. I can't confirm, because on my 2005, the 2 fuse panels were combined into one under the dash.
