A lot depends upon the condition of your truck. If they use an open trailer you might at least get some of the dirt washed off.

There was a guy on FTE several years ago that was transporting his 57 to 60 model truck as he was moving. It was in great shape, stock, unmolested and low mileage. It was on an open trailer. The driver went u der a bridge with low clearance and he crushed the roof! The truck stop up higher than a car.
