Welp, I have been away from here for a bit and have some new mods to report!! In the past few months I was able to install my ReadyLift leveling kit, 37" Nitto's as well as the new MR312 Method Race Wheels in 18x9. The truck is looking better and better and I love the way the new wheels and tires look and ride on the truck. These Nitto's are pretty quiet and the ride quality doesn't feel jeopardized at all. Highly recommend.
I still am looking to trade door handles and mirror caps for painted black ones. I will also do the same for the hooks in the front bumper, the bumpers (Mine are spotless) and I have the factory wheels and tires I need to get rid of. The tires have 10k miles on them with plenty of tread left!!!
Do u have offset and backspace on those rims? I did the 3.5/1" Procomp level lift...looks like exact readylift SST kit... Do u have any rub anywhere?
did u have to trim?
I am looking to try and do 37" on the factory 18x8's
Moostang,
have you looked into the adaptive steering. im trying to find information if this can be added. so far 'I'm getting different information. This is what i know you needed adaptive Steering wheel. is all you need the i hear you need the gearbox as well.
Moostang - I've watched most of these videos already... had no idea you were an FTE member, lol. I'm also in DFW and have a mustang ('98 cobra) and an '18 SD. If you ever need some idea on mods to either vehicle or just want to compare bad *** Fords, you're welcome to check mine out in person sometime. Keep up the good work on the vids!

I did not have to trim anything but I will point out that I did swap out my 4wd front valance for a 2wd one so I am not sure if the 4wd valance will make contact at all.. The wheel specs are as follows 18x9 8x170 18/5.75"

I have not looked into the adaptive steering. To be quit honest I am not 100% sure what it does.. Keep you in your lane?

I appreciate you watching man, Thank you! Thats rad you are in the DFW area and also have a Mustang. I need to get out to more meets/events this year. I am more on the south side of the metroplex and it seems all the larger meets are up North.

Nathan I will keep them coming. I am currently still going through my options. I would ultimately like to trade but that isn't very exciting for the channel so I am thinking about purchasing the paint to match handles and mirror caps and doing them myself in the garage. Make sure to hit subscribe to the channel if you are interested in seeing all that go down.

Yes I will definitely be subscribing to channel. Trading could be exciting, you know the drive to meet new people and the swap along with a beer or cup o' Joe could be something compelling to watch. Just a thought!

It was my understanding you can't purchase paint to match handles, you have to buy the entire handle and not just the plastic OEM cover. There are the stickon Ebay covers but I am not a fan of that route. If you know of the part number for the OEM handle covers let us know. I already have mirror caps and a can of agate black spray paint to do mine. Was trying to figure out the handle situation before I start painting. Figuring I would have to look at a junkyard to find some to paint...
The Next mod I did was upgrade to the Lariat Steering wheel (PN:HC3Z-3600-EB) which was a very affordable upgrade at $160 and took no longer than 15 minutes to install. I made a video of this for those interested in it.
Overall this mod really ties in the center console with the truck and is something I will use every time I drive it!
Thank you for the video, did my 2019 F250 XLT yesterday. Took me 20 minutes and 1 Bourbon, "easy peasy". Great upgrade! My truck is Ingot Silver, so I kept the Silver Center Bezel intact, really compliments the interior. Other than the "feel" of it, one of the first things I noticed was the buttons lighting up. Haven't had truck long, but can't remember the stock wheel lighting up?....Funny! Thanks again
Awesome videos buddy! Subscribing here and on YT. I plan on doing the same level kit in the spring so that video will sure be helpful.
Your wheel setup makes me think about going with 18” wheel 37” tire but seeing as I already have a set of almost-new 325/60r20 (36x13” basically) I plan on running those with a 20” wheel of some sort. Really liking the new Fuel Warriors so now it’s just a debate of +1 or +18 offset.
Keep it up, looking forward to any future videos you do!
