Hubcaps

Hubcaps
I have a 99 f250 that I switched the rims out for 2016 or 2018 f250 king ranch rims. The front hubcaps with 4wd cutouts worked fine but on the rears the hub itself is too long so the caps will not work. We tried putting washers as spacers on 2 lugs but didn't like the way the cap was sitting. Any other ideas other than wheel spacers? I dont want the rims and tires out past the side of the truck.

Late model wheels on a '99 truck should be using 2" hub centric spacers to properly locate the wheels and tires under the truck. Without the spacers the new wheels will have the tires sitting 1.75" more inboard than stock and may be causing a bit of tire rub on the front springs if 4X4. With the 2" spacers in place the rear hub will be less exposed and either the late model or older style center caps should work.
