89 to 92 nose help

Hey guys i need some help. My 89 f250 got whacked in the nose so, i got a bright idea (from a friend) to put on a newer style nose (92-96). I went out and bought the fenders, hood, header panel, headlights, grille, and bumper. Now heres where i need the help putting it all on. I'm not sure how the header panel attaches to the radiator support. Since there is no header panel on my 89. I don't know how the headlights stay inside the header panel. It looks like you need a clip but i can't find them at my local ford dealer (the parts guy's an idiot) If any one has pictures of the inner parts of their truck please send them to me at aceswild(No Email Addresses In Posts!). Or if anyone has any info to help i would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks Mark

89 to 92 nose help

Check this out: http://www.parts.com/schematics/images/M/Ma92030.gif

#3 looks like what you need... they call it a "grille reinforcement panel", and it runs about $150 at www.parts.com

Sounds like a great conversion! I'd love to do it myself sometime.. as soon as I have several hundred $$$ extra, I know what I'm doing!

Good luck-
Chuck
