Post a pic of your emmsions sticker. Only way to know what can go....
Deleting vacuum lines can head you out into the minefield really quickly.
Since you have the 351HO, it's safe to assume you are carbureted. I'm posting the emissions sticker from an 84 that I have, but it was a 2bbl carb. Probably the simplest vacuum diagram I've seen.

Can't see too small but Canadian Calibration and I assume above 8600 GVW so no EVAP no EGR and no Thermactic.
If his is US Calibration and below 8600 GVW it won't be so simple.
