HELP!!! Headlights won’t turn off, blinkers don’t work.

I was trying to replace my fog lights today and ended blowing a fuse, I replaced the blown fuse but now my headlights won’t turn off, blinkers don’t work, and all the controls/buttons on my steering wheel don’t work, I have to disconnect my battery to make them go off.... This is on a 2013 Ford F-150 supercrew xlt.

Was it only one fuse that blew? How about disconnecting the battery for a few minutes in case the spike caused a glitch.

In the body control module, check fuses f23 and f24. These both feed the steering column control module, where the headlight switch is wired into.

The body control module is actually what sends power to the headlights and other lighting, not the headlight switch itself like in the old days. Fuses in the body control module are;

f17 left lowbeam
f39 left and right high beam
f16 right lowbeam

Thank you kind sir! So last night after I found the blown fuse I took what I thought was one of the spares out to replace it, but it wasn’t the spare fuse 🤦🏻*♂️ I appreciate your help and thank you so much!
