I have a 2007 E450 with 6.0 powerstroke and a transit bus body.
My issue is that the fuse for the radio, interior lights a sign lights, keeps blowing. It's a large 40amp located in the engine compartment. Basically everything associated with the battery shut off switch. Not even sure the purpose of the switch. Is there an easy way to troubleshoot this? Thanks for any information!
I can't find the fuse and the circuits you are talking about in the diagrams. The radio is fed from the accessory delay relay and that is fed from fuse 22 in the underdash fuse box. All that is fed from fuse 22 in the underhood fuse box, fuse 22 is a 60 amp.
Are you having problems with the Ford part of the bus or the bus body part of the bus? This switch you are talking about, it sounds like the body builder's switch and not Ford's. If that is the case, you need to call the bus body people and get a diagram from them.
